Brand
Names, logos, colours, type and voice are kept once, in the Brand Center - and everything the platform makes wears them: documents, decks, mail, signatures, invitations.
What it is for
- One kit, used everywhere
- A document from Office Studio, a designed mail, a meeting invitation: each takes the organisation's name, colours and footer from the kit.
- More than one identity
- A group of companies keeps an identity for each, with its own people allowed to change it.
- Two scripts, two names
- The kit holds the organisation's name and footer in each language; a right-to-left document gets the right one.
- A signature nobody pastes
- The organisation's mail signature is designed once and filled with each person's own name, position and numbers.
- Changed by the people allowed to
- Editing and publishing the kit are permissions like any other.
Getting started
- Open Brand.
- Set the names, the logo and the colours.
- Publish. New documents and mail use it from then on.
Tasks
Design the organisation's signature
- Open the mail designer and choose Signatures.
- Arrange the signature in blocks; add fields for name and position.
- Publish it: everyone's mail carries it.
Questions
Does changing the kit change old documents?
No. A document keeps the look it was made with. New ones take the new kit.
