Timesheet
Your week, what to log and what is missing. Time comes from the tasks you worked and the meetings you sat in; what is left takes a press, not a form.
What it is for
- It fills itself first
- Meetings you attended and tasks you worked are offered as time already - you confirm instead of typing.
- A timer on the rail
- Start a timer on a task from anywhere; log time or block time ahead without leaving your page.
- Rules that follow the organisation
- Whether time needs approval, and by whom, is a policy assigned down the organisation chart.
- Each system keeps its tasks
- Tasks from outside systems come in through one declared intake. Divan owns the time; the system keeps the task.
- Out as a file
- A period is exported as CSV for payroll or a client.
Getting started
- Open Timesheet: your week is in front of you.
- Confirm what is offered from your meetings and tasks.
- Fill what is missing - the gaps are marked.
Tasks
Time a task
- Press the clock on the rail.
- Start a timer and choose the task.
- Stop it; the time is logged against that task.
Log time with no task
- Open Timesheet.
- Choose Other time and a code.
- Add a note: the task path stays the shorter one on purpose.
Questions
Does an agent have a timesheet?
An agent that works as staff reports the time it worked, attributed to it and never to a person.
Can the assistant log my time?
It can propose it. A change to your timesheet made by the assistant is shown to you first.
